The SearPlate Griddle is designed to last, with the ability to be stored outside as long as it is kept clean and properly seasoned. While we recommend storing the griddle in a dry place, it can maintain its good condition outside with regular maintenance and consistent seasoning.

Why Carbon Steel?

We chose to construct the SearPlate Griddle with Carbon Steel for its durability and high performance. While Carbon Steel shares many similarities with Cast Iron, it is able to provide higher heat and more even distribution, along with significantly more strength and lighter weight. Like cast iron, carbon steel develops a natural nonstick seasoning through use.

Versatile Design

The SearPlate is designed to effortlessly pair with your existing collection of Breeo grilling accessories, offering a large, removable cooking surface. Align the notch on the SearPlate Griddle to pair with the Outpost Cooking System and create your desired setup for any occasion. After each use, simply remove the griddle and place it on the SearPlate Stand (coming soon) or a noncombustible surface. The built-in handles on the SearPlate make it easy to add and remove it from the fire pit.

Even Heat Distribution

The SearPlate Griddle is made with hot-rolled carbon steel, making it ideal for even heat distribution. With proper seasoning and maintenance, the carbon steel develops a lasting, nonstick surface.
